India's crop waste crisis
is our raw material.

Every year, millions of tonnes of rice straw are burnt or dumped into rivers. AgriGuard converts this waste into certified, load-bearing construction materials — simultaneously solving an environmental crisis and a cost problem for road contractors.

Agri-waste sourced from partner farms

We collect rice straw, wheat stubble, and sugarcane bagasse directly from municipal corporations and farming cooperatives. Zero cost to farmers — we pay for collection, preventing burning and river dumping.

High-pressure compression with mineral binders

Agricultural fibers are shredded, treated with mineral binders, and compressed under 800 tonnes of hydraulic pressure into dense structural blocks. The result: compressive strength exceeding 7.5 N/mm² — meeting IS 1077 standards.

Fireproof & waterproof plaster application

Each block is coated with a proprietary two-layer plaster system: an inner fireproofing compound (Class A fire rating, 2-hour fire resistance) and an outer waterproofing layer (IP67-equivalent water resistance). Final products undergo BIS and NHAI third-party testing.

Fire resistance: 2 hours Class A · Water resistance: IP67 equivalent

"Every tonne of agri-waste we process is a tonne that doesn't burn in a field or wash into a river."

AgriGuard Technical Team

Solving two crises
with one product.

India burns 500 million tonnes of crop residue annually, causing severe air pollution. An equal volume is dumped into rivers, destroying aquatic ecosystems. AgriGuard's manufacturing process diverts this waste stream entirely — transforming an environmental liability into certified infrastructure material.
